Exeter University Sports Training Camp

Having travelled to Loughborough University in August 2010 for an intensive per season hockey training camp using their state of the art facilities, Brighton College U15 & U18 hockey girls and U15 & U18 netballers wanted to find facilities similar to Loughborough but somewhere in the South West of England for their multi sports hockey and netball training camp in 2011. 

Pre-season school rugby training tour in Manchester

In August 2011, Brighton College sent 65 boys from 3 age groups for a 6 day training camp in Manchester. They had access to outstanding rugby facilities, pool and gym, allowing them to prepare all of their teams for the season to follow in a short space of time.

Brighton College Hockey Training Camp - Loughborough University

From the 21st - 25th August 2011 Brighton College took their U16 and U18 hockey teams on tour to Loughborough University as part of a pre-season training camp. Loughborough has become one of the destinations of choice for schools looking for a sports training camp and we've previously taken Brighton College  rugby team to Loughborough on their pre-season tour. Powerbase Gym, situated at the heart of the Performance Centre at Loughborough University, is one of the Country's largest and most advanced strength and conditioning facilities for athletes.  It is perfect for rugby teams on pre season training camps. 

Loughborough Pre Season Training - KCS Wimbledon

In August, Tours 4 organised a pre season rugby training camp for Kings College School Wimbledon 1st XV Squad, who had been on a successful tour to South Africa in the summer. 


They were keen to get back together as a group and prepare for what is a tough school fixture list, playing the likes of Dulwich College and Brighton College, who we took to Italy this year on a pre season camp.

Colstons ' pre-season rugby camp in Manchester

Brighton College's pre-season rugby tour.

We have just completed Brighton College's annual pre-season rugby camp. Brighton have now organised several pre-season rugby training camps and school rugby tours with Tours 4 Sport under the watchful eye of rugby tours manager Sam Jennings, himself a former England Schoolboys U19 player. Sam accompanied the 70 players and 6 staff to a fantastic sports training facility in Lignano Sabbiodoro near Venice and recounts their stay here.
