Tours 4 Sport: The New Sports Tours Division of Halsbury Travel

Halsbury Travel ltd, the Nottingham based school tour operator, has announced the acquisition of sports tour operator Tours 4 Sport. Tours 4 Sport is now the trading name of the Halsbury Travel sports tours division offering sports tours to schools, colleges, universities and sports clubs throughout the UK, Europe and Worldwide.

Exeter University Sports Training Camp

Having travelled to Loughborough University in August 2010 for an intensive per season hockey training camp using their state of the art facilities, Brighton College U15 & U18 hockey girls and U15 & U18 netballers wanted to find facilities similar to Loughborough but somewhere in the South West of England for their multi sports hockey and netball training camp in 2011. 

Pre-season school rugby training tour in Manchester

In August 2011, Brighton College sent 65 boys from 3 age groups for a 6 day training camp in Manchester. They had access to outstanding rugby facilities, pool and gym, allowing them to prepare all of their teams for the season to follow in a short space of time.

Portugal Youth Rugby Festival 2012

The TMN Portugal Rugby Youth Festival is already established as one of the best international youth rugby festivals for club and school teams in Europe.  Held on Saturday 31st March and Sunday 1st April 2012, it will be the 5th time the event has been held and reflects the growth of the game in Portugal. Professionally organised in partnership with the Portuguese Rugby Federation, the quality of rugby is good, and the rugby located in a lovely setting just outside Lisbon.

Bournemouth Training Camp

KCS Wimbledon 1st XV recently travelled to Bournemouth for a week long training camp ahead of the new term which sees them play in a competitive fixture list. Tours4 were delighted to be able to help again with the school's preparation for the new term, and organised 4 days in Bournemouth for the group which included excellent training facilities, a superb hotel with pool and gym, and of course proximity to the beach for recovery and downtime.
